Had lunch at Tout-Le-Monde in Osaka.
It has one star in the Michelin Guide.
They serve only a la carte menu at luch time.
Each dish portion is quite big, so it's better to share.
First, we ordered smoke salmon, ratatouille with poached egg.
The combination of salmon and ratatouille was surprisingly good.
Moreover, the poached egg made the dish much better.
大阪のトゥールモンドでランチ。
ミシュラン一つ星を獲得していて、前から気になっていたレストラン。
フレンチでは珍しく、ランチはアラカルトのみ。
一皿のボリュームが結構あるから、シェアして食べるとちょうどいい。
まずは、スモークサーモンとラタトゥイユ温玉のせから。
肉厚で脂ののったサーモンと、トマトソースで味付けされたさっぱりしたラタトゥイユが意外にも相性抜群。そこに温玉が絡まって、絶妙な組み合わせでおいし～。
When patty de campagne is in the menu, I can't ignore it.
This patty tasted light and like a kind of sausage.
Some creamy pieces of foie gras and the crunchy pistachio didn't get me bored.
Inside the salad, found the cutest little fruit.
Tasted sweet and sour like a golden kiwi.
I didn't know "baby kiwi" exists. I'll love this fruit from now on.
お次は、フォアグラ入りパテドカンパーニュ。
レストランによって全く味が異なるけど、ここのは比較的軽くて、ソーセージにも近い味で食べやすかった。
ところどころに入っているフォアグラのクリーミーさと、ピスタチオの食感がいいアクセント。
サラダの中に、プチトマトよりひとまわり小さいくらいの、キウィみたいな物体が。
味は、ゴールデンキウィのような、甘酸っぱいフルーツ。

Chose a Portuguese seafood dish for the main.
Cod, scallop, squid, cherry tomato, potato, carrot, mushroom, porcini mushroom (probably), romanesco broccoli....many many!
I was knoked down with the tomato sauce and the seafood concentrated soup.
It was sooo good, especially in such a cold day.
I'll want this taste regulary!
メインは鮮魚のポルトガル風。
鱈、帆立、イカ、プチトマト、じゃがいも、にんじん、マッシュルーム、ポルチーニ（だと思う。すごく風味があった）、ロマネスコ、、、と具だくさん。
トマトソースに魚介の濃厚なスープが合わさって、からだじゅうに染み渡るおいしさ。。。
寒い日にはたまらないー。
このスープ、定期的に飲みたくなる味！
