タヴェルネッタ・ダ・キタヤマ 〜Italian restaurant in Osaka〜

Found a good Italian restaurant in Osaka!

大阪でヒットなイタリアンを発見！

So many spring stuffs, and couldn't decide which I should have.

Especially I liked Tagliata of horse meat (the above photo). It doesn't have smell at all. Juicy and soft. With thin-sliced parmigiano and sweet balsamic sauce... sooo good...!!

春の食材を使った料理が満載で、どれにしようか迷いに迷ってしまうくらい。

注文したなかでも特においしかったのが、馬肉のタリアータ(上の写真)。

臭みが全くなく、旨味があって、柔らかい。薄く削られたパルミジャーノと、甘めのバルサミコソースを絡めて食べると、、、うーん、たまらないぃぃ。。。

As an antipasto, we ordered a dish of firefly squids. I've been waiting spring for this! (forgot to take a photo...)

前菜にはホタルイカを。

ホタルイカは春の楽しみのひとつ！

White asparagus with kind of ”egg”ish tartar sauce  and some slices of ham.

ホワイトアスパラに、卵をふんだんに使ったタルタルソースのようなものと、ハムをのせた前菜や、

Pasta with broad beans n Japanese spanish mackerel, clam sauce.

This pasta is flat, chewy and smooth _easy to catch clam sauce.

アサリのソースでからめた、空豆と鰆のパスタを堪能。

このパスタは餃子の皮ほどのサイズに広げた平べったい生地で、ツルツル、モチモチの食感。ソースがよく絡まる。

Satisfied with every dish and that made me think to come back again for sure.

どのお料理も大満足、必ずまた来たいと思ったお店でした。
