「かんたんお菓子」白崎レシピでマクロビスイーツ~Macrobiotic Sweets by Shirasaki Recipe~

Apple tarte wiz soy beans cream, No milk, no eggs, no butter but so tasty.

I made it using recipe of Yuko Shirasaki who is a famous macrobiotic cooking expert.

Her recipe is very easy to cook so I can try many kind of sweets with no hesitation .



リンゴのタルト。見た目に反して簡単に作れてびっくり。

クリームは豆乳で、生クリームも卵も不使用なのにもっちり濃厚だし、タルトの生地もサクサクで塩気もあって香ばしい。

Though I didn't use milk or butter, its taste is so rich and moist.

I cannot stop eating ! 




いちじくのブラウニー。絹豆腐を使うレシピ。

豆腐なのにこんなにしっとり濃厚に仕上がるなんて不思議・・・！　

濃いのに後味がいいから、いくらでも食べられるのが恐ろしい。

Jurlique Moisturising Cleanser ~ジュリークの保湿洗顔~

One of my pleasures to use this cleanser at bath time being wrapped with the scent of rose.

Rose hip oil is in.

It's quite light while using it and the foam is rather loose.
But after washing it up, you will find the skin moisturised.

The feeling that the skin isn't cleansed too much and keeps hydrated.

Though I wish the foam is richer, still, I quite like this cleanser.



ローズの香りに癒される、ジュリークの保湿洗顔。

ローズヒップオイル配合。

使い心地は結構さっぱりしていて、泡立ちもどちらかというとゆるめ。
なのに洗顔後の肌はモチモチ。

洗いあがりはスッキリだけど、肌の必要な油分まではとられていない感覚。

モコモコの、こしのある泡がつくれたらもっといいのになーとは思うけど、それを差し引いても、なかなかいいです！

FLORTÉ ~highly-recommended tea shop~

 

 I was looking for something from Hong Kong, which I can take with me when I was traveling in there.

 

メイドイン香港なものを家に連れて帰りたくて、香港をブラブラしているときに素敵なお店を発見。

 

 

 

"FLORTÉ" doesn't look like Hong Kong brand, but actually it is.

I popped in K11 located at Tsim Sha Tsui and found this beautiful shop.
The shop staff offered me to try some fruits-flavoured tea and I was amazed that they were incredibly juicy and fruity.


FLORTÉはチムサーチョイのK11というビルに入っている紅茶専門店。
いくつかのフレーバーティーを試飲させてもらい、フルーツジュースを飲んでるかのように果実を感じられる味にびっくり＆感動！

Especially I liked "Carribean Dreams" made of Hibiscus, Rosehip, Currants, Sunflower blossom, and what I really liked was apple, papaya, and pineapple pieces were inside, too.
That's why this tea tasted like a fruit juice.
Put some honey in it, and it would taste more fruity.

I'm not sure about the other flavours, but "Carribean Dreams" are made in Germany.

Besides, all packages are so pretty...


特に気に入ったのが、"Carribean Dreams"。名前のごとく、トロピカルな味。
ハイビスカス、ローズヒップ、スグリの実、ヒマワリの蕾などが入っている。
そして細かく切られた、リンゴ、パパイヤ、パイナップルの実がゴロゴロ。
これがフルーティーな味の秘密みたい。
はちみつを入れて少し甘くすると、よりフルーティーさが際立つ。

FLORTÉ自体は香港のブランドだけど、"Carribean Dreams"はドイツ産。

どれもパッケージも素敵でうっとり。。。

Unfortunately I cannot afford them in my country... What a pity...

If you can get them in yours, it's worth to try even just for once!

 

日本ではまだ買えるところがないのが残念。

香港に行った際にはぜひ！

I got a hair clip of Alexandre de Paris as a present.



プレゼントでもらったヘアクリップは、アレクサンドル ドゥ パリ。

髪の毛をほとんどすいていない、多めの髪の毛でもしっかりとまる。

I love this color which is easy to match every style.

セルフまつげパーマに挑戦！~Self eyelash perm~

These are my recommend eyelashes n glue.

I've used them for long years.


普段はもっぱらつけまつげを愛用してるけど、ビューラーも使わずズボラしてると、つけまつげと自まつげがなじまずに不自然・・・

ちなみにつけまとグルーはもう何年もこれをリピート中。

As my eyelashes are so straight n thick, it is difficult to use an eyelash curler.

So I tried to do eylash perm by myself!!!

ビューラーをしてもすぐにカールがとれてしまう、私の太くて直毛なまつげ。つけまつげをつけていなかった頃は、まつげパーマは必須だった。


久々にあててみようかと思ってネットで店を探していると、「まつぱ　セルフ」「まつぱ　自宅で」なんていうキーワードがちらほら目についた。

えっ！まつげパーマって自力でできるの？？！とびっくりして検索してみると、＠コスメで高評価のセルフ用のキットを発見。

口コミを見ても、セルフでのやり方の動画を見ても、すごく簡単そう・・・これならできるかも！！しかも３千円くらいで一通り揃えられる。迷わずポチっと購入してみた。


さっそく届いたキットがこちら。

It takes about 1hour n this kit costs about 30USD.

内外治療院のもので、シリコンタイプのロットが３種類、パーマ液が２種類、グルーとグルー薄め液、スティック、ガーゼがセットで入っている。

さっそくチャレンジ！！ロットにグルーを塗ってまつ毛をはりつけ、パーマ液１をつけ15分、パーマ液２をつけ15分で終了。 その間目も開けていられるから、ながら作業が可能。

こんな感じです。

これは簡単、お店にいく時間も省けておすすめ～！！！！

Gourmet in Seoul 〜ソウルグルメ〜

Can't go home before having raw crabs marinated in soy sauce.

We went to 서신 꽃께 close to Mapo station.

The soy sauce taste is not strong. It might be not enough if you are a salty person. But if you are not, you will enjoy the natural sweet taste of crab.

ソウルに来て食べずには帰れないもののひとつ、カンジャンケジャン。

今回行ったのは、麻浦駅近くにあるソサンコッケ。

醤油の味が控えめで、やさしい味つけ。濃い目の味が好きな人には少しあっさりしすぎてるかもしれないけど、蟹の甘みを楽しみたい人にはおすすめ。

Sooo many side dishes.

What I was amazed was that a freshly-baked fish was served for each person. 

Including side dishes, it's less than 30,000 won.  

ここはパンチャン(おかず)がすごく充実してた。

上の写真は焼きたてのチヂミ。他には焼きたての魚も一匹ずつでてきたり、豪華！

蟹のボリュームもたっぷりで、これでひとり3,000円しないから安い。

The rice was good as well.

Gingko nuts? or similar beans were inside.

ごはんもおいしかった。

銀杏？のようなモチモチした豆みたいなものが入っていた。

The pork barbeque restaurant at Hapjeong was also good.

Full of local people even at midnight.

I heard that there is always a long que at dinner time.

The fatty meat was not oily at all, and somehow tasty.

合井(ハプチョン)駅前にあるサムギョプサル屋さん。

閉店間際に行ったのに地元の人でいっぱい。ごはん時には、店の前に行列ができるらしい。

豚肉の脂身が甘くて、全然脂っこくないのにびっくり。

The fried rice was good end of dinner.

しめはキムチのポックンパ(チャーハン)でごちそうさまー！

Wanted to come here since we had a yummy chocolate browny at BOTTON.

BOTTON is a cafe in Noksapyeong introduced in this blog before.

Had spiced hot chai and purple sweet potato pie.

以前、ノクサピョンにあるBOTTONで食べたチョコレートブラウニーがとってもおいしくて、ここで作られていると知ってから行ってみたかったカフェ。

 その後、イテウォン市場近くのYona's kitchen でティーブレイク。この日は寒かったから、ホットアップルジンジャーが身にしみて暖まった。
